Dear Karen,

My heartfelt sympathies to you and Zachary at this sad time.

It's difficult to describe in just a few words the many fine

qualities that Rich had.

I suppose if I were to focus on some of them, it was his

altruism and his vision and sense of responsibilty to the

people who worked with him. Everyone was included.

I know that if I can be half the person he was, I'll be doing OK.
